TRX Fit 45- This 45 minute class says it all in the name. This class delivers a full body workout revolving our workouts around TRX Training Tools. If you want to burn calories, shred fat and see results this class is for you!
TRX Core & Cadence- This 45 minute class is a split class. The first half of this class will be in the TRX studio working on our core strength. The second half we will bring it into the indoor cycling studio getting a full body workout on the bike!
