MEET GINA.

Gina Valles is our founder of Gina’s Total Fitness in South Windsor, Connecticut. Gina’s passion & leadership for health and fitness stems from a young age. Gina was an athlete her whole life playing lacrosse, soccer and ice hockey. Gina graduated with her a B.S Exercise Science from Roanoke College. Gina runs Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching & Online Fitness Training. In 2017 Gina was diagnosed with Lyme Disease which completely changed her life and view on health and fitness. Gina has helped thousands of people become 1% better each day through daily movement & whole nutrition.
