    Our Group Classes Provide 45 Minutes Of High Intensity Training. Some Days Will Be More Strength Days, Some More Endurance Days & Some A Mix!

  • How long are the group fitness classes?

    All Group Fitness Classes Run For 45 Minutes. Personal Training Varies.

  • Will I be able to modify?

    Yes, Anything Can Be Modified! Ask Any Of Our Instructors!

  • What are the pricing options available?

    GROUP CLASSES- NEW Clients $60/first month. We Have 3 ,6 & 12 Month Autopay Commitments, 1 Month No Commitment, Student Rate/Teacher Rate, 20 & 10 Class Card.

  • Where are you located?

    We Are Located In South Windsor, CT Right Outside Hartford, CT.

  • What are your classes like?

    Each Day Brings A Different Workout! We Offer Hybrid Training With Mixed Modalities Consisting Of Strength Training & Metabolic Training.

  • What should I bring?

    Dress In Athletic Wear As You Will Sweat. We Offer Water, Protein Shakes & Gatorade. But You May Bring Your Own.

  • Should I arrive early?

    If You Are A NEW CLIENT You May Arrive 15 Minutes Before Your First Class To Get All Set Up! 5 Minutes Is Fine Before The Start Of Class!

  • Should I sign up for every class?

    YES! You MUST Be Signed Up For EVERY Class As Our Classes Fill & Our Workouts Are Prepared/Changed. Please Head To Sign Up OR Download The MindBody APP!

  • How many days a week should I participate in class?

    Our Program Is Designed For 6 Days A Week. We Highly Recommend At Least 3 Days A Week. It Truly Is About Consistency. We See Best Results With 3-5 Days A Week.

  • Do you offer personal training?
