MEET GINA
Gina’s Total Fitness was founded in 2013 by Gina Valles, a lifelong athlete in lacrosse, soccer, and ice hockey. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Roanoke College, and has dedicated her career to helping people build stronger, healthier lives.
Through group fitness, personal training, nutrition coaching, and online programs, Gina has helped thousands of clients improve their health by focusing on consistent movement and whole nutrition.
After being diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2017, Gina’s mission became even stronger: to help others take control of their health and become 1% better every day! 💪
