  • Gina Valles | Owner/Head Trainer

    Gina graduated from Roanoke College with her degree B.S Exercise Science. She was a two sport athlete playing lacrosse and soccer. She was a 3x All American lacrosse player, & team USA finalist. Gina’s approach to fitness utilizes a hybrid training style. You will see Gina perform & coach functional, athletic, bodybuilding, athletic performance, metabolic conditioning & unconventional training.

  • Ryan Tower | Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

    After decades in the more traditional business world, personal training & coaching represents career transition for Ryan, that started with a Master’s Certification in Kinesiology for Exercise Prescription from UCONN. His passion is functional training that aims to increase everyday strength, range of motion, balance, metabolic capability, aging well & focused breathing.

  • Jeff Moulton | Nutrition Coach/Personal Trainer

    Jeff graduated from Springfield College with his bachelor’s degree Exercise Science and his masters degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology. Jeff was a professional natural bodybuilder & has now transitioned to a ultra marathon spartan racer. Jeff specializes in strength training, bodybuilding, and endurance training. He also loves nutrition and teaching people the impact it can have not only on their fitness goals but the impact it can have in their day to day life.

  • Chandler Corelett | Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

    Chandler graduated with her Masters in Exercise and Sport Sciences which led her to start her online health and fitness business. As a strength and food freedom coach, Chandler helps her clients learn how to live a healthier and happier lifestyle with sustainable nutrition habits and training hard in the gym to they can live life more confidently! Chandler brings a positive experience to all her group fitness classes & clients!

  • Emily Godeck | Group Fitness | Personal Training| Cycle Instructor

    Emily Godeck 

    Emily is an ISSA certified personal training and a NASM certified nutrition coach as well as a certified spinning instructor. With a deep passion for fitness and wellness, she dedicates her life to empowering others on their journey to a healthier, more active lifestyle. She specializes in endurance and strength training, along with dynamic circuit training that keeps workouts engaging and effective.

    She believes that everyone has the potential to achieve their fitness goals, and she is here to guide you every step of the way. My love for cycling led me to open my own cycling studio, where I create a supportive and energetic environment for individuals to challenge themselves and thrive and she brings the same energy through group classes and personal training.
